BigHearts is an effort from the Best Friends Animal Society that aims to change the emotional trajectory of retirement. 

For many, the transition out of the workforce is marked by a "quieting" of life, fewer challenges, less visibility, and a shrinking social circle. This campaign reframes adoption not as "getting a pet to keep you company," but as recruiting a teammate for a new mission.
